Travelling with pets

So that you don’t have to give up your holiday because of a pet, you can always stay at our hotel – we are happy to welcome well-behaved four-legged guests (dogs and cats). A pet is a member of the family, without whom vacation wouldn’t feel complete.

Accommodation

Guests with pets are accommodated in rooms on the 1st floor of the standard building. Please bring your pet’s bed and a toy so that your furry friend feels as comfortable as possible during the stay.

The pet accommodation fee is €25 per night per animal.
In the room, you will find a towel for wiping your pet’s paws and a bowl for food/water.

Please inform us in advance at the time of booking by email at sales@spatervis.ee, if you plan to travel with a pet, since the number of pet-friendly rooms in the hotel is limited. You can book a pet-friendly room through our online booking system here.

Owner’s reminder

  • Dogs and cats are welcome in the hotel.
  • Please do not leave your pet alone in the room for long periods. If this is unavoidable, make sure the pet cannot leave the room and does not disturb other guests. Hang the “Lemmikloom toas” (“Pet in room”) sign on the door so that other guests are aware.
  • The hotel reserves the right to ask a guest to leave if their pet disturbs others (for example, persistent barking).

House rules

  • Pets are not allowed in dining areas, treatment or procedure areas, or in the sauna and water park complex.
  • Within the hotel and its grounds, pets must be kept on a leash; if necessary, a hotel representative may request that a muzzle be placed on a dog.
  • The pet owner is responsible for cleanliness during their entire stay and must clean up after their pet both indoors and outdoors. Waste should be placed in a bag and disposed of in the nearest household waste container.
  • Failure to clean up after a pet may result in a €100 fine.

Room cleaning

  • Regular room cleaning is not carried out while a pet is in the hotel room.
  • If you would like cleaning to be done, please inform the hotel reception in advance and agree on a time slot of at least two hours when the pet will not be in the room.

Other important information

  • When washing your pet’s paws, please use the specially provided towel found in the room.
  • Pets are only allowed in the room in which they are registered.
  • The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
    For example: if after departure a deep or chemical cleaning is required in the room.
  • In case of damage or complaints caused by a pet that require compensation to other guests, the costs must be covered by the pet owner.
