Loyal customer

As a loyal client of the Tervis Spa Group you can make the most of a range of discounts at the spa hotel Tervis and Tervise Paradiis. Joining the loyal client programme is free.

The level of discounts you receive on accommodation and packages depends how actively you make use of them and is based on the value of the services you have bought up to the day before your latest purchase.

Level 1 – 5% off (if the tally of your purchases is more than € 100
Level 2 – 10% off (if the tally of your purchases is more than € 600
Level 3 – 20% off (if the tally of your purchases is more than € 2500

Please note: only services which you have paid for are included in calculations. Purchases made using gift vouchers and other non-monetary transactions (such as if you are being paid for by your company) do not apply.

Anybody can become a loyal client of the Tervis Spa Group – simply fill in the registration form at the Tervis treatment spa hotel or Tervise Paradiis or do so online at www.spatervis.ee.

CHANGES IN THE LOYAL CUSTOMER PROGRAMME valid from 01.01.2021.

Due to the launch of our new online booking environment, certain conditions of our loyal customer programme will change. According to the rules that were valid before, we offered you the discount (on the price of accommodation or package) at the time of purchase in accordance with the level that you reached. In the new online booking environment, the discount will not apply to the loyal customer at the time of purchase – instead, upon your arrival at the hotel we will offer you a monetary credit corresponding to the level that you reached. You will be able to use the credit in the hotel. When you present your loyal customer card at the hotel reception desk, the credit amount will be calculated for you in accordance with the level that you reached, and this credit amount will be added to your room bill (the amount will equal the amount by which the price of the accommodation or package of your choice would have been reduced). The given condition does not apply to a purchase that was made using another discount. You can use this amount during your stay in the hotel at all our sale points. The credit cannot be transferred to your next visit or paid out in cash.
NB! If you make a booking through our sales department or pay for the booking upon arrival at the hotel at the reception, when you present your loyal customer card the terms and conditions that were previously valid will apply.


The terms and condition that were valid until 31.12.2020 and that still apply if a booking is made via telephone or e-mail.

1. General information about the loyal customer programme

The objectives of the loyal customer programme are:
a) identification of the loyal customers of the Tervis Spa Group; and
b) offering permanent advantages and discounts to customers.

2. Terms and conditions of registering as a loyal customer

2.1. All persons who meet the following terms and conditions may register as loyal customers of the Tervis Spa Group:
a) they have filled in the loyal customer registration form and the submitted data are true; and
b) they have been or intend to become customers of the Tervis Spa Group and by filling in the registration form they have given their consent to customer data being processed in accordance with the principles described herein.
2.2. Joining the loyal customer programme of the Tervis Spa Group is free of charge.

3. Using the loyal customer card

3.1. The loyal customer card of the Tervis Spa Group is valid in the Tervis Spa and Tervise Paradiis.
3.2. The rights of a loyal customer can be used only by the loyal customer themselves, as the name of the loyal customer is indicated on the card and service staff have the right to demand that the loyal customer present an identity document. Service staff have the right to confiscate the card if it appears that it has been given to another person for use.
3.3. The local customer card cannot be used to make payments.
3.4. The advantages arising from the loyal customer programme apply to purchases paid for by the cardholder.
3.5. The cardholder must present their valid personal card at the till in order to obtain the discount. The purchase amount is not registered on the loyal customer card and the discount is not applied if the card is presented after the purchase was paid for.
3.6. If you lose your card, please inform us immediately by calling Tervise Paradiis on 445 1600 or sending an e-mail to sales@spa.ee.

4. Advantages offered by the loyal customer programme of the Tervis Spa Group

4.1. The level of the permanent advantages offered in the loyal customer programme is based on the amount of the purchases made by the customer:
level 1 – 5% if the amount of purchases exceeds €100;
level 2 – 10% if the amount of purchases exceeds €600;
level 3 – 20% if the amount of purchases exceeds €2,500.
4.2. Loyal customer advantages are applied to accomodation and spa packages and are not applied to special offers, i.e. two advantages are not applied at the same time. For example, the loyal customer discount is not applied to discounted packages.

5. Principles of processing customer data in the Tervis Spa Group

5.1. Consent of the customer and legality of data processing
5.1.1. All persons who have joined or wish to join the loyal customer programme of the Tervis Spa Group give the Tervis Spa Group their consent for processing their customer data.
5.1.2. The Tervis Spa Group considers customer data protection extremely important and guarantees that any such data are protected at the highest level and that their processing is legal. Customer data processing is based on the Personal Data Protection Act, other legislation and these customer data protection principles of the Tervis Spa Group.
5.2. Customer data
The Tervis Spa Group processes all customer data that has become known in the course of its relationship with the customer. Such data include:
5.2.1. personal data (e.g. name, date of birth, preferred language, etc.);
5.2.2. contact details (e.g. address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.); and
5.2.3. data about the customer’s habits and preferences (how actively the customer uses services, which services they use, their hobbies, customer satisfaction).
5.3. Purposes of customer data processing
The Tervis Spa Group processes customer data for the following purposes:
5.3.1. to offer permanent advantages to loyal customers;
5.3.2. to gain a better understanding of customers’ expectations and to provide suitable, quality services (e.g. provision of new products in companies);
5.3.3. to organise consumer games and campaigns; and
5.3.4. to process the orders placed by customers.
5.4. Disclosure of customer data and security of processing
The Tervis Spa Group uses customer data only for the purposes listed in clause 5.3. and does not disclose customer data to third parties. The Tervis Spa Group protects customer data with strict security and confidentiality rules, and has taken all security measures to protect customer data.
5.5. Customer data processing in direct marketing
5.5.1. A customer who has given their contact details (e.g. e-mail address) and also has granted their consent to receiving information (incl. advertisements) from the Tervis Spa Group.
5.5.2. Customers may contact us at any time to inform us that they do not wish to receive personal offers.
