Our goal is to take a step towards a cleaner and more environmentally sustainable future. Why? Because we believe that even the smallest changes can help us achieve our ambitious goal – to reduce the tourism industry’s impact on our planet. This inspired us to launch a sustainability project.

Here are a few issues close to our hearts that we encourage you to pay attention to as well:

Waste sorting: We reduce the amount of waste and support its recycling. We offer waste sorting options. For separating waste by type, you will find appropriately labelled bins in the corridor. Together, we can help keep the environment clean.

Room cleaning adapted to your needs: We conserve nature by using less electricity, water, and chemicals. Room cleaning is free for you and available upon request. If you stay with us for four (4) or more nights, we offer full room cleaning every fifth day.

Extending towel use: We reduce daily towel washing. This approach is beneficial for the environment as it reduces water and electricity consumption. If you wish, you can request a fresh towel.

And that’s not all! In response to customer requests over the last few summer seasons, we installed a modern cooling system in superior-category rooms. To answer your questions in advance, we wish to clarify that the cooling is generated using the latest technology developed in Estonia, where the thermal energy produced is used to heat water in the building. Four solar farms, with a total capacity of 200 kW, have already been installed on the roof of Tervis Medical Spa Hotel. On a sunny day, the installed panels generate significantly more electricity than is needed to cool the rooms.
